Responding To Jokowi's Request, KPK Gives Special Note From KPK To Acting Governor Of Babel: Complete Uncertified Land
PANGKALPINANG - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) gave three special notes to the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of the Bangka Belitung Islands as a step to eradicate integrated corruption within the local government environment.
"We hope that the Acting (Pj) Governor of the Babel Islands will immediately follow up on these special notes," said PIC of the KPK Prevention Task Force for Southern Sumatra Region Alfi Rahman Waluyo at a virtual coordination meeting of the Integrated Corruption Prevention Program in Pangkalpinang. .
Alfi mentioned three special notes to prevent integrated corruption in the Bangka Belitung Islands, namely the resolution of the land certificate issue, the formulation of the governor's regulation on anti-corruption education, and the improvement of white pepper governance.
Regarding the resolution of the land certificate issue, he said that in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, there are about 300 parcels of land that have not been certified.
"Mr. President Jokowi has asked, if possible, this certificate issue throughout Indonesia is completed until 2024; while the local government targets only 15 certificates for this year," said Alfi.
Furthermore, regarding regional regulations on anti-corruption education, he assessed that Babel is one of three provinces in Indonesia that do not yet have such regulations.
"Overall, Babylon is good, but there are some things that are emphasized and we ask the governor for help to immediately follow up so that this is even better," he added.
Meanwhile, the Acting Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands Ridwan Djamaluddin said his party would immediately process the records provided by the KPK.
"We will meet again soon so that whatever is recorded by the KPK can be carried out as well as possible," said Ridwan.
