Two Illegal Drug Dealers Arrested By Lebak Police
LEBAK - Hundreds of drugs without a distribution permit have been secured by the ranks of the Narcotics Unit of the Lebak Police of the Banten Police. In addition, two dealers WH (19) and SD (25), were arrested on Pasar Malingping Street, Polotot Village, Sukaraja Village, Lebak Regency, Banten.
"The ranks of the Lebak Police Narcotics Unit have managed to secure two dealers, namely WH (19) and SD (25) on Pasar Malingping Street, Kampung Polotot, Sukaraja Village, Malingping District," said the Head of Drug Investigation at the Lebak Police, AKP Malik Abraham, in a written statement, Monday, August 22.
From the two dealers, officers managed to secure 37 pills of Tramadol HCI type, 240 pills of Hexymer type, cash from sales of IDR 125,000, 1 unit of blue Infinix brand cellphone, and 1 unit of Samsung brand cellphone.

"The arrest started with information from the public, then we carried out an investigation and finally we succeeded in uncovering the circulation of pharmaceutical drugs without a distribution permit in the Lebak Regency area," continued Malik.
The perpetrators are subject to Article 197 or Article 196 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 concerning Health with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison and a maximum fine of IDR 1.5 billion.
