SCBD Youth Viral Joget 'Hot' In Public Places, Deputy Governor Of DKI: We Ask To Maintain Ethics
JAKARTA - The existence of SCBD teenagers (Sudirman, Citayam, Bojong Gede, Depok) in the Dukuh Atas area, Sudirman, Central Jakarta, is being discussed again. Now, they seem to be dancing together in public.
Seen in the video uploaded on the junior journalist's Instagram account, teenage boys and girls seem to be dancing to the rhythm of the music playing. Some of them swayed face to face with the opposite sex.
As for the narration on the upload of the junior journalist account, it is written, "Children hanging out in SCBD are back to vira after doing inappropriate rocking in public."
Responding to this, Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ahmad Riza Patria emphasized that people who are active in public spaces, including SCBD teenagers who often hang out in Dukuh Atas, must maintain ethics.
"Yes, happiness is necessary, what else is happiness. However, we ask that ethics be maintained. Of course you can dance, but dance is good, polite," said Riza at DKI Jakarta City Hall, Monday, August 22.
The former member of the DPR RI said that the DKI Provincial Government provides public spaces in various areas in Jakarta that are open to the public. However, the community still has to maintain the use of the third space for positive activities.
"Public space in Jakarta is intended for the community. We hope that public open space is used for positive activities and activities," he said.
Meanwhile, regarding the follow-up to this incident, Riza said that the DKI Provincial Government will provide moral sanctions. "Yes, of course, in addition to moral sanctions, the officers will discipline them later," he added.
