Bali Earthquake Magnitude 5.8, No Damage Reports Yet

DENPASAR - An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 occurred in Bali. The earthquake has no potential for a tsunami.

The Bali earthquake was at 9.36 South Latitude, 115.59 East Longitude. The earthquake was 124 km deep south of Bali. The location is 74 km southeast of South Kuta, Badung, Bali.

The Head of the Bali Province Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) I Made Rentin said there had been no reports of damage caused by the Bali earthquake.

"There are no reports of damage yet," he said.
