Solo Mayor Teguh Prakosa Ensures Gibran Rakabuming Continues To Monitor His Work Even Though He Is Infected With COVID
SOLO - Deputy Mayor of Solo Teguh Prakosa ensured that Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka would continue to monitor the work even though he is currently still in self-isolation due to contracting COVID-19 for the third time.
"Yes (still communicating about work, ed.)," he said in Solo, Central Java, Antara, Monday, August 22.
In fact, he said, there were several work files that had to be signed directly by the Solo Mayor.
"There are several things that the mayor must sign, so they have to be brought there. There is no problem, physically he is there," he said.
After being found to have contracted COVID-19 since Wednesday, August 17 afternoon, Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka is scheduled to undergo a swab test again on Tuesday.
"He should have a swab tomorrow, right, five days," he said.
Previously, Gibran and his family underwent self-isolation at his residence because they tested positive for COVID-19.
"It's her assistant who got hit, eventually it got to one family. There was Mrs. Selvi, Mr. Wali, Mas Ethes. Currently he (and his family, ed.) is undergoing independent isolation, I think at home. Right, it's in the same house," he said. .
He estimated that Gibran had contracted COVID-19 again because he was exhausted from his activities given the busy agenda of the Surakarta City Government.
"The conditions of the work are so heavy, it means that the work does not stop in Surakarta. He is 'concerned' (attention, ed.) once everyone has to visit him, maybe he is tired," he said.
