Coordinating Minister Mahfud MD Coordinates With The AGO, Asks Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's Case To Be Revised In Court

JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office has received the transfer of files for the premeditated murder case of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD asked the prosecutor's office to reveal this case in detail at trial.

"I have coordinated with the Attorney General's Office, don't cover up anything," said Coordinating Minister Mahfud MD in an RDP with Commission III at the DPR Building, Senayan, Monday, August 22.

On this occasion, Mahfud also explained the reasons for asking the DPR to continue to speak out in the case of Brigadier J's murder. As we know, the DPR has been 'offended' by Mahfud MD's words.

Mahfud said, everything so that this case can be completed immediately by the National Police Headquarters. The DPR said Mahfud MD is expected to participate in encouraging the Police to move quickly.

He said, the DPR's statements in various cases proved successful. For example, the case of the return of members of the Brotoseno Police after being found guilty of corruption.

"The DPR used to push Brotoseno. Therefore, the National Police Chief continued to move," continued Mahfud MD.
