TJSL Holding Food ID FOOD Reaches 224 Percent
JAKARTA - Food holding ID FOOD recorded the realization of Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) up to Semester I 2022 of 84 percent. This figure increased to 224 percent on an annual basis or year on year (YoY).
HR Director Endang Suraningsih said that Food Holding ID FOOD is committed to taking sides with the environment and society in a sustainable manner by realizing the TJSL program during semester I/2022 to support the Government's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
"We have channeled the realization of TJSL to support the SDGs, including the education pillar through the management of the Gula Rajawali Vocational High School (SMK) located in East Java belonging to the ID FOOD food holding," he said in an official statement quoted on Sunday, August 21.
Endang said, this was in line with ID FOOD's mission to maintain a balance between upstream and downstream food. In addition, it also prepares school infrastructure.
"To create talents in vocational schools, the only sugar-based vocational school in Indonesia, as a form of building the pillars of education," he said.
In addition, until the first semester of 2022, synergy with SOEs was also carried out as an effort to realize the SDGs, including with Bio Farma through assistance activities for Home Industry food certification (PIRT) to MSMEs, students and startups, as well as Micro Small Business Development (UMK). ).
"In the downstream SDGs, we have assisted MSME outlets, some of which have renovated MSME outlets managed by Members of ID FOOD such as Rajawali Nusindo and PT GIEB Indonesia, which we are also preparing for the renovation of their outlets in 2022," he said.
