Transfer Season Will End, MU Raises Bid Price For Antony

JAKARTA - Manchester United will make a new offer to get Ajax Amsterdam winger Antony, which The Athletic website says will be higher than the previous offer.

Coach Erik ten Hag is trying to get his former Brazilian player to join him at Old Trafford before the summer transfer window closes on September 1.

The Red Devils had previously made an offer worth 80 million euros (Rp1.19 trillion) but it was rejected by Ajax who are trying hard to keep their star.

United will have to spend even more money to get the signing of one of the ten Hag's main targets.

The 22-year-old has missed training in the last two days and has already made it clear to Ajax that he wants to leave.

Ajax have made it clear they will not sell Antony but an exorbitant offer from United could change the club's stance as they released Lisandro Martinez some time ago.

Apart from Antony, United are targeting PSV Eindhoven player Cody Gakpo.
