Rumors Circulated That Timsus Found Hundreds Of Billions At Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's House, The National Police Denies
JAKARTA - There is news about the discovery of hundreds of billions in the house of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. The Inspectorate of General Supervisors (Itwasum) of the National Police denied the truth of the information.
The National Police Commission (Kompolnas) Commissioner Poengky Indarti gave the rebuttal from Itwasum Polri. Originally Kompolnas was an external supervisor in handling the case of the murder of Brigadier J.
"Kompolnas has just clarified about the news that Rp900 billion was found during a search of FS's house to Irwasum as the Head of Timsus. He replied that until now there has been no information regarding this," said Poengky when confirmed, Thursday, August 18.
In this case, the Timsus has named four suspects. They are Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka RR, Strong Maruf
The suspects were charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
Then, the Special Inspectorate (Itsus) has examined 63 Polri personnel related to allegations of unprofessionalism in handling the case of Brigadier J's death. A total of 35 Polri personnel were declared suspected of violating ethics.
In fact, 16 members were placed in a special place (patsus). 10 of them at the Provos Police Headquarters and 6 others at the Police Mobile Brigade Headquarters Kelapa Dua, Depok.
