Club Criticism For Not Seeing Husband's Photo At Stamford Bridge, Thiago Silva's Wife Makes Chelsea Fans Angry

JAKARTA - Thiago Silva's wife, Isabelle Silva, is disappointed in Chelsea. The disappointment was triggered by the lack of photos of her husband around Stamford Bridge this season.

Chelsea often put up a new banner decorated with the players' faces at Stamford Bridge at the start of the season. The banner was to greet fans as they made their way to the pitch entrance.

However, this time there was no Silva's face, that was how the woman who was familiarly called Belle felt.

Via Twitter, the Brazilian's wife wanted to let the club know that she couldn't see her husband anywhere except on the pitch.

"Today I went to Stamford Bridge and I saw that the photos changed around the stadium. But I don't see @tsilva3 photos anywhere. Why @ChelseaFC?" he tweeted.

There has been no response from Chelsea regarding Belle's complaint. However, some fans didn't seem to like it.

Someone asked Belle to delete the tweet. "Delete this!!! It's really not needed. Silva will not like to see this," said one fan responding to Belle's post.

"Please not at a time like this, we have a long day my queen," replied another.

"Don't bring controversy anymore. Everyone is treated fairly at this club as far as I know, your husband is a legend and Chelsea knows how valuable he is," wrote another fan.

However, there are those who think that Belle's actions are reasonable considering that Thiago is often a mainstay in the Blues defense.

Currently, the former Paris Saint-Germain player has entered his third year with Chelsea. Silva is one of the favorite players of the Blues fans.

His presence at the back provides a sense of security to the manager, Thomas Tuchel. The presence of a new player, Kalidou Koulibaly, did not make him displaced from the Chelsea starting lineup.
