VIDEO: Exclusive, KIP Chairman Donny Yoesgiantoro: The Law On Information Disclosure Is Worth Revising

JAKARTA – According to the Chairman of the Central Information Commission (KIP) Dr. Ir. Donny Yoesgiantoro, MM., MPA, Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information, which has been the guideline in disseminating information from public institutions or non-public institutions that collect public funds, is worthy of review and revision or amendment. This is so that this law can accommodate all the problems that arise behind the request and dissemination of information, in order to create information security and lead to strengthening national security.
