5 Hours Checked Regarding Pornography Case, Gisel: As A Good Citizen I Follow

JAKARTA - Artist Gisella Anastasia alias Gisel has completed an investigation into a case of alleged distribution of pornographic videos that resemble her.

Based on VOI's monitoring, Gisel walked out of the Jakarta Metropolitan Police Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) building at around 15.57 WIB. Thus Gisel was examined for approximately five hours.

However, Gisel did not talk much about the results of the examination. He only said that he would follow the ongoing legal process.

"Just follow the procedures, as a good citizen, come, I'll just follow," said Gisel to reporters, Tuesday, November 17.

After delivering the statement, Gisel and his attorney, Sandy Arifin headed straight to the car which was parked right in front of the examination building. Then, they quickly left the Polda Metro Jaya area.

As previously, the police did not rule out new suspects in this case. This depends on the development of the investigation. The investigation team is still digging up Gisel's statement, who is said to be similar to the female lead in the video.

In this case, investigators are also profiling male actors in pornographic videos. "His friend is one (male actor) who we are still doing profiling. So we are waiting for the results (examination) from this sister of GA," Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus.

Meanwhile, so far the police have named two suspects with the initials PP and NN in the case of distributing immoral videos similar to Gisel Anastasia. They were made suspects after investigators carried out their case titles.

Both were named suspects for spreading the pornographic video on social media. Even though two suspects have been named, investigators are still investigating the case. Because it is strongly suspected that there are still other suspects.

The two suspects were charged under Article 27 paragraph 1 Juncto Article 45 Law 19 of 2016 concerning ITE and Article 8 Juncto Article 34 of Law 44 of 2008 concerning pornography.
