Booming Body With Sports Shoes In Semarang Waterway, Police Suspected Of Having A Heart Attack While Exercising

SEMARANG - The body of an unidentified man was found in a drain in front of the Central Java Provincial Library building, Jalan Sriwijaya, Semarang City, Thursday, August 11.

Candisari Sector Police Chief Iptu Hendri Kristanto said the body was first discovered by worm hunters around the waterways. The witness saw the body in a prone position in the water.

Part of the victim's head has been covered by mud drains.

The findings were then reported to the librarian before being passed on to the Candisari Sector Police.

When evacuated, the condition of the body is still wearing clothes and sports shoes.

Hendri said the initial suspicion was that the man's death, without an identity, was due to illness.

"Initial information due to heart disease when walking in the morning," he said.

The unidentified man's body was then taken to Dr. Kariadi Semarang.
