Revitalization Completed, Transjakarta Kwitang Bus Stop Serves Passengers Again
JAKARTA - The work on the revitalization of the Kwitang Transjakarta Bus Stop has been completed. Starting today, the Kwitang Bus Stop can return to serving passengers.
"Kwitang bus stop is complete and can serve customers. This is one of the total 46 bus stops that we are revitalizing this year," said Head of the Corporate Secretary and Public Relations Division of Transjakarta, Anang Rizkani Noor in his statement, Thursday, August 11.
Anang said that the bus stop revitalization was carried out as an effort by Transjakarta to improve services and facilities for customers. After being revitalized, Kwitang Bus Stop has a larger capacity than before.
"The hope is that it can increase customer convenience when using our services," said Anang.
As is known, the Kwitang Bus Stop is equipped with various facilities, namely gate machines, toilets, CCTV cameras, passenger information systems (PIS), Wi-Fi, and prayer rooms.
Kwitang bus stop is one of 46 shelters revitalized this year. Transjakarta has budgeted for the revitalization of the tens of these bus stops amounting to Rp600 billion. This budget is taken from company funds sourced from Transjakarta regional capital participation (PMD).
The shape of the revitalized bus stop will resemble the Harmony Stop. As is known, Halte Harmoni has a fairly large waiting room, considering the large number of passengers going up and down and transiting to other routes.
