Irsus Polri Examines Metro Police Investigators After The Murder Case Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The Special Inspectorate (Irsus) of the National Police examined the investigators of the Polda Metro Jaya who were indicated to be unprofessional in the investigation of the murder of Brigadier J. The investigation is said to have taken place at the National Police Headquarters.

"Irsus's agenda today is to examine one investigator from the Polda Metro Jaya," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo in his statement, Thursday, August 11.

However, the identity of the Polda Metro investigator who was being questioned was not detailed.

So far, it is known that there are 31 members of the National Police who are indicated to have carried out unprofessional investigations behind the death of Brigadier J.

The process of examining the Metro Police investigators is said to have been ongoing since 10:00 WIB.

Dedi continued, the special team (timsus) also carried out a series of further investigations by examining two suspects namely Inspector General Ferdy Sambo and Strong Maruf.

"Today, the special team investigators conducted an examination of Inspector General FS as a suspect at the Mobile Brigade Command Headquarters," he said.

Meanwhile, for Strong Maruf, he was questioned at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. They examined to find the facts that have not been revealed behind the death of Brigadier J.

"The second questioning was carried out on KM as a suspect in the Criminal Investigation Department," said Dedi.

In the case of Brigadier J's murder, the National Police team named four suspects. They included Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky, and Strong Maruf.

In this case, all suspects are suspected of Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code.

Then, there were 31 Polri personnel who were declared to have violated the code of ethics in handling the case of Brigadier J's murder. In fact, 11 of them were placed in a special room.
