The National Police Team Refuses To Reveal The Motive For The Murder Of Brigadier J: Take Care Of All Parties' Feelings
JAKARTA - The special team (Timsus) of the National Police said it would not reveal the motive behind the murder of Brigadier J with four suspects, one of whom was Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. The reason is to keep the feelings of all parties involved.
"To protect the feelings of all parties, let it be for the consumption of investigators," said the Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, Komjen Agus Andrianto, when confirmed, Thursday, August 11.
However, all things that are still a big question mark in this case, including the motive, will be revealed during the trial process.
So, all that is currently speculation and wild issues will be proven in their entirety and have legal force.
"Hopefully it will be open during the trial," said Agus.
Apart from that, Agsus stated that the series of investigations carried out by the Timsus were almost complete. Because the parties suspected of being involved have been named suspects.
"We are waiting for the derivative cases, Itsus is studying their role," said Agus.
In this case, the team has named four suspects. They included Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky, and Strong Maruf.
In this case, all suspects are suspected of Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code.
Then, there were 31 Polri personnel who were declared to have violated the code of ethics in handling the case of Brigadier J's murder. In fact, 11 of them were placed in a special room.
