Heading To Central Java, Jokowi Observes Early Coconut Development

JAKARTA - President Joko Widodo left for Central Java. Jokowi made a working visit, one of which was to visit an early maturing coconut plantation.

The Head of State and his entourage took off using the Presidential Aircraft Indonesia-1, via Halim Perdanakusuma Airport, Jakarta, on Thursday, at around 07.30 WIB.

Upon arrival at the Adi Soemarmo TNI AU Base, Boyolali Regency, the President and his entourage will go directly to Giriroto Village.

There, based on the Antara report, Jokowi will review the development of early maturing coconuts. The President will plant early coconuts and intercrops with local farmers.

In addition to Giriroto Village, the President is also scheduled to carry out similar activities in Sanggang Village, Bulu District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java.

The President and his entourage are scheduled to return to Jakarta in the evening.

Also accompanying the President on the flight to Central Java Province were his wife Iriana Jokowi, Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono.

Furthermore, the Presidential Military Secretary Marsdya TNI M. Tonny Harjono, the Commander of Paspampres Marsda TNI Wahyu Hidayat, and the Deputy for Protocol, Press and Media of the Presidential Secretariat Bey Machmudin.
