The Office Of The Tana Tidung Kaltara KPU Is On Fire

JAKARTA - The General Election Commission (KPU) office in Tana Tidung Regency, North Kalimantan (Kaltara) caught fire at around 18.00 WITA. A big fire broke out at the KPU office.

"Currently, the Tana Tidung KPU office has been hit by a fire. Currently, the process of evacuating files and others is underway," KPU chairman Hasyim Asy'ari told reporters, Wednesday, August 10.

Meanwhile, KPU member Idham Holik said that there were six rooms that burned, ranging from the financial room to the logistics warehouse.

"Meanwhile, the information burned was the financial room, public room, data and information planning room, technical implementation room, logistics warehouse, and meeting room," said Idham.

Idham hopes that this incident will not cause any casualties.

"God willing, there will be no casualties," said Idham.
