Tomorrow, Gisel Is Examined As A Witness In A Porn Video Case

JAKARTA - Investigators at the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) of the Jakarta Police will investigate Gisella Anastasia or Gisel in a case of distributing pornographic content. The planned examination will take place tomorrow.

"Tomorrow we will summon an initial GA as a witness at 10.00 WIB we invite him here (Polda Metro Jaya)," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus, Monday, November 16.

The examination of Gisel was carried out after the suspects who were arrested mentioned his name when being questioned. The investigators then decided to clarify Gisel about the statement from the suspect.

"Sister G was summoned as a witness. Why? Because when at the BAP the suspect spoke of G. That's why G was called first," he said.

Meanwhile for expert examination, Yusri said that investigators had already done it. Expert information will be used to complete the case file.

"I say that this Monday we are scheduled to call an IT expert witness. Today we have examined the witness, we are still exploring to help complete the existing case files," he said.

The police previously named two suspects with the initials PP and NN in the case of distributing immoral videos similar to Gisel Anastasia. They were made suspects after investigators carried out their case titles.

Both were named suspects for spreading the pornographic video on social media. Even though two suspects have been named, investigators are still investigating the case. Because it is strongly suspected that there are still other suspects.

The two suspects were charged under Article 27 paragraph 1 Juncto Article 45 Law 19 of 2016 concerning ITE and Article 8 Juncto Article 34 of Law 44 of 2008 concerning pornography.

The pornographic video that shows a woman like Gisella Anastasia goes viral on social media. In the video which lasts about 19 seconds, it appears that a woman is having sex with a man.

Until finally, there was reporting against the accounts that distributed it. At least five social media accounts were reported to Polda Metro Jaya.
