LPSK 'Failed' To Meet Bharada E At Police Headquarters, Justice Collaborator Process Is Still Deepening
JAKARTA - The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) has finished coordinating with the special team (Timsus) of the National Police regarding the application for justice collaborator (JC) by Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu alias Bharada E.
However, when they visited the National Police Headquarters, LPSK could not meet Bharada E, who is a suspect in the death of Brigadier J or Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat. Bharada E is being held at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
"So we can't meet in person today because we are in the process of deepening it," said LPSK Deputy Chairman Achmadi to reporters, Tuesday, August 9.
Thus, his party has not yet assessed Bharada E in relation to the submission.
In fact, despite coordinating with investigators regarding JC Bharada E's request, a decision has not yet been made. Because the LPSK team needs to explore the results of the coordination.
"What is clear today is that we have coordinated and the investigators are still investigating," said Achmadi.
Meanwhile, Bharada E had applied for protection to LPSK behind the murder case of Brigadier J.
In this case, Bharada E was named a suspect. He was charged with Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
