Regarding The New Logo And Signs Due To The Change Of Names Of 31 Healthy Homes, The DKI Health Office Confirms That They Will Not Use Additional Budgets
JAKARTA - Deputy Head of the DKI Jakarta Health Office, Ani Ruspitawati, emphasized that the changes to logos, signposts, and administrative documents that were affected by the naming of healthy homes for Jakarta in 31 RSUD did not have a special additional budget from the APBD.
Ani revealed that the cost of changing the naming installed on each building is charged to the budget for the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure of each hospital.
"The process of replacing the healthy home logo for Jakarta is in accordance with the budget of each hospital and is part of the maintenance activities for the infrastructure at the hospital," Ani said in a short message, Tuesday, August 9.
Moreover, Ani said that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government did not impose a time limit for each Regional Hospital for the change in the installation of the logo. So, logo changes can be done gradually depending on the readiness of each hospital.
"Every hospital does carry out (logo changes), but gradually adjusts to the budget and as part of building maintenance," said Ani.
For information, the healthy house for Jakarta is a manifestation of the health services of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as many as 31 hospitals. The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, also explained his reasons for making the policy.
Anies said that the change of the name of the hospital to a healthy house at a health service facility owned by the regional government was carried out to change the mindset of the community so that they not only visited when they were sick, but also in order to maintain and improve the quality of their health.
This was conveyed by Anies at the launch of the naming of a healthy house for Jakarta at Cengkareng Hospital, West Jakarta, Wednesday, August 3.
“So far, our hospitals are curative and rehabilitative, so people come because they are sick and want to get well. Come to the hospital to get well, but to get well you have to be sick first. Well, on the other hand, in yesterday's pandemic, we witnessed the importance of maintaining health. Therefore, the role of the Healthy House is added, namely the promotive and preventive aspects," said Anies.
Anies' decision has drawn criticism from a number of members of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, particularly the PDIP and PSI factions. However, the Minister of Health, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, apparently did not mind the naming.
Because, based on Anies' previous communication to him, it was stated that the name change to a healthy house was only limited to logos or branding.
"It must be distinguished what the legal name is, and the branding name. So, the update that (Anies) conveyed to us legally remains a hospital, but the branding of the logo uses the definition of a healthy home. For us, what is important is what legal document is used," explained Budi.
