No Gunfight, Bullets From Brigadier J Accidentally Aimed At The Wall For Alibi
JAKARTA - One by one, all the stories at the beginning of the shooting case at the official house of the Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, increasingly feel like they are mere fabrications. There was no exchange of weapons at the house which was a silent witness to the heinous murder.
Bharada E's lawyer, Deolipa Yumara, bluntly said that Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E was indeed at the official residence when the incident took place. But certainly, there is no such thing as a shootout like an action film.
"No indeed, if there is no information, there is a shootout," said Deolipa Yumara, Monday, August 8.
To them, Bharada E made sure there was no shooting incident. The projectiles scattered and lodged in the wall are just an alibi.
Worse yet, Brigadier J's weapon was accidentally fired upwards. In order to give the impression that a shootout has taken place, as in the initial story between Brigadier J and Bharada E.
"To shoot upward, yes, to give the impression of a shootout projectile," said Deolipa Yumara.
However, the question is whether the bullets from Brigadier J's weapon were spit out after he died or not, this remains unanswered.
Recalling the chronology of the former South Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Pol Budhi Herdi SusiantoLast Tuesday, July 12, the then South Jakarta Police Chief, Kombes Pol Budhi Herdi Susianto held an official press conference. In detail, he recounted every part of the July 8 murders.
Inspector General Sambo's wife, who had just returned from out of town, was exhausted and fell asleep in her room. At this time -- said the police -- Brigadier Josua then entered and abused him.
"My mother screamed and then asked for help from other personnel who were actually in the house. So my mother shouted for help to Brother R and Brother M. How many times did I ask for help and this scream apparently made Brother J panicked so that at that moment he also heard voices? The step that came down from chance was that brother R was on the 2nd floor of the house together with witness K," explained Pol Commissioner Budhi Herdi Susianto.
"Only half the stairs then saw brother J coming out of the room and asked what was wrong. It was not answered but was done by shooting," he continued.
The shot released by Brigadier Joshua did not hit Bharada E and only hit the wall. Bharada E tried to take cover behind the stairs leading up.
"Because R's brother was also equipped with a weapon, he then took out the weapon that was on his waist. So this was then a shooting took place," he continued.
