Bareskrim Denies Adjutant And ART Ferdy Sambo Arrested

JAKARTA - The Head of the Investigation Team for the Special Criminal Investigation Team of the National Police Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi denied the news of the arrest of the aide and household assistant (ART) Inspector General Pol. Ferdy Sambo initials K and RR.

Andi Rian Djajadi when confirmed by reporters via instant message at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police, Jakarta, Sunday, August 7, said that the truth was that his party had detained the aide and driver of Putri Chandrawathi, wife of Ferdy Sambo with the initials Bharada RE and Brigadier RR.

"It was a lie (the aide and ART were arrested), the truth is Bharada RE and Brigadier RR. They have been detained at the Criminal Investigation Department," Andi said, quoting Antara, Sunday, August 7.

The one-star general said that Bharada RE and Brigadier RR were the driver and aide of Putri Chadrawathi.

"Mrs. PC's driver and aide," said Andi.

It was also explained that Bharada RE is Bhayangkara Two Polri Richard Eliezer or Bharada E who has been detained and named a suspect in the murder of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J, while Brigadier RR was only arrested today.

"Yes (Bharada RE is Bharada E), who was just detained by Brigadier RR," he said.

However, Andi did not specify the involvement of Brigadier RR in the case. During the initial investigation at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Monday, July 11, it was stated that one of the witnesses who was at the scene of the death of Brigadier J at the official residence of Inspector General Pol. Ferdy Sambo initials R.

Confirmed separately, Bharada E's lawyer, Deolipa Yumara, said someone ordered Bharada E to commit the crime of murdering Brigadier Joshua.

The confession to committing the crime of murder was stated in the official report on the examination (BAP) of Bharada E which was submitted by the lawyer.

"Yes, he was ordered by his superiors, the order, yes, was to commit the crime of murder," said Deolipa when contacted by reporters from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
