Ex-Lawyer Secrets Reason No Longer Defending Bharada E

JAKARTA - Ex-lawyer Richard Eliezer alias Bharada E, Andreas Nahot Silitonga closed the meeting of the reasons behind his decision to resign. He only said that the matter had been submitted to the Police.

"You have conveyed the reasons for our resignation in our letter to the Criminal Investigation Unit," Nahot told reporters on Saturday, August 6.

However, the letter has not been officially received by the Indonesian National Police's Criminal Investigation Unit, Komjen Agus Ardianto. Because, when attaching the letter there is no guard.

So, Nahot decided to convey the reason for his resignation via WhatsApp.

"We are very sorry, we mean well to convey the letter, but no one received it, maybe because it was a holiday, so we decided to send it via WA for a while," he said.

Later, Nahot and his team will return again next week. The goal is to attach the letter officially.

"We will return Monday to physically deliver the letter," Nahot said.

The team of lawyers Richard Eliezer aka Bharada E made a shocking confession. They decided to resign as attorneys for the suspect in the murder of Brigadier J.

Originally, Nahot was Bharada E's lawyer, who spoke loudly about the bloody incident that killed Brigadier J at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's halfway house purely as a result of a gunfight.

In fact, Nahot believes that Bharada E is the sole perpetrator. This means that there are no other parties involved, including Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.
