La Jon received information that the one who knew the story about Oputa Yi Koo was La Meti's grandfather who lived in the Buton Palace Fort. La Jon meets La Meti's grandfather, but La Meti's grandfather tells La Jon that the one who knows more information about Oputa Yi Koo is La Koo's grandfather who lives in the forest of Mount Siontapina Buton.
La Jon begins his expedition to meet La Koo's grandfather. On his way, La Jon was intercepted by an unknown man who wanted to take his research notes. La Jon ran away from the unknown person, until finally La Jon ran out of drinking water. Fortunately La Jon saw a woman in the middle of the forest and was about to ask for water.
After getting drinking water, La Jon thanked him and asked the name of the woman who had given him drinking water. Wa Mei is her name. La Jon continued his journey. But not far from that place, Wa Mei was suddenly threatened to be killed by unknown people who were chasing her.
The unknown person asks La Jon to give him his bag, else he will kill Wa Mei. To save Wa Mei, La Jon also gave his bag, but suddenly La Jon's body moved on its own so that a fight broke out between La Jon and the unknown person. Miraculously La Jon won the fight and the unknown man collapsed helplessly.'
Wa Mei thanks La Jon, but it turns out that Wa Mei's father who is old and has a heart disease is La Koo's grandfather who is being sought by La Jon. La Jon gets a book from Grandpa La Koo as a thank you for saving his daughter.
Armed with this book, La Jon got information about Oputa Yi Koo and delivered Oputa Yi Koo as a National Hero from Buton.
