The National Police Team To Examine 42 Witnesses In The Murder Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - The Special Team (Timsus) of the National Police said it had examined 42 witnesses behind the determination of the suspect against Brigadier J. They consisted of experts and aides to the inactive Head of the Propam Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

"Until today, investigators have examined 42 witnesses, including experts," said the Director of General Crimes at the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General Andi Rian, Wednesday, August 3.

The experts interviewed included forensic chemical biologists, forensic ballistic metallurgy, forensic IT, and forensic medicine.

Timsus investigators also examined members of Brigadier J's family. There were about 11 people.

"Including the family of 11 people," he said.

From a series of examinations of witnesses and experts as well as evidence, the Timsus investigators conducted a case. Until finally set Bharada E as a suspect

"From the results of the investigation, tonight the investigators have carried out a case title, and we have considered the examination of witnesses as sufficient to determine Bharada E as a suspect," Andi said.

Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E was named a suspect in the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. The determination of this suspect was announced after the case was held

In this case, Bharada RE was charged with Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.

In addition, he will soon be detained in the Criminal Investigation Police. However, the detention will be carried out after Bharada E is examined as a suspect.
