JCI This Morning Is Opened Back To 6,252.43
JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) opened higher on Wednesday, January 22 trading this morning. Had weakened yesterday, JCI strengthened again by 14 points to 0.22 percent to 6,252.43.
At the opening of trading, there were 127 stocks strengthening, 52 stocks weakening, and 117 stocks were stagnant. Trade transactions reached Rp145.2 billion from 186.2 million shares traded.
The LQ45 index rose 0.80 points or 0.1 percent to 1,022.81, the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) index rose 0.30 points or 0.0 percent to 688.20, and the IDX30 index rose 1.20 points or 0, 2 percent to 558.64.
Reliance Sekuritas Indonesia analyst Lanjar Nafi also sees the potential for the JCI today to still be corrected. This is because the domestic capital market is lacking a catalyst.
"JCI will still be prone to moving into a consolidation seeing the lack of catalysts with support and resistance ranges from 6,196 to 6,268," he said in his written research.
Meanwhile, Binaartha Sekuritas analyst M. Nafan Aji Gusta Utama predicts a potential strengthening of the JCI today. "This indicates a potential rebound in the JCI movement so that it has the opportunity to go to the resistance area," he said.
The resistance area on the JCI movement today is predicted to move with a range between the levels of 6,274 to 6,304. Meanwhile, the support area at the domestic index rate ranges from 6,218 to 6,190.
As for a number of share recommendations that can be considered by investors, including PT Adaro Energy (ADRO), PT Aneka Tambang (ANTM), PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN), PT Vale Indonesia (INCO), PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia (JPFA), and PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA).
In this morning's trade, stocks that are moving in the ranks of top gainers, among others, shares of PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR) rose IDR 115 or 20.5 percent to IDR 675, shares of PT Sentral Mitra Informatika Tbk (LUCK) increased by IDR 55 or 9, 17 percent to IDR 655, and the shares of PT Indo Acidatama Tbk (SRSN) rose IDR 4 or 7.41 percent to IDR 58.
Meanwhile, stocks moving in the ranks of the top losers, namely shares of PT Darmi Bersaudara Tbk (KAYU) fell IDR 9 or 9.8 percent to IDR 82, shares of PT Limas Indonesia Makmur Tbk (LMAS) fell IDR 13 or 7.7 percent to IDR 155 , and shares of PT Saranacentral Bajatama Tbk (BAJA) fell IDR6 or 6.69 percent to IDR81.
