From the examination of a number of witnesses, Toto and Fanni looked for profit from people who joined this palace. They were asked for money by Toto and Fanni.

Toto Santoso and Fanni Aminadia were arrested by members of the Central Java Regional Police's General Criminal Investigation Directorate, Tuesday, January 14, at around 18.00 WIB.

From this arrest, the police confiscated a number of evidence, including forged documents related to the recruitment of members of the palace.

Based on the results of the examination, their actions were considered to fulfill the elements of the criminal code of fraud. Thus, for all their actions, they were charged under Article 14 of Law Number 1 Year 1946 and Article 378 of the Criminal Code.
