Greet Back, Monument To Self Maturity
JAKARTA - Sepijak proves that they are really serious in their work. Yes, the result of contemplation and the journey of the personnel produced the album Return to Say hello.
As many as eleven songs that reside in this album, it is enough to reflect that Sepijak's journey is not easy
"We never know where nature will take us, but the more we move forward, we always meet people who are in line, so we can carve this dream together," said Sepijak personnel in an official statement.
In the process of his work, Sepijak was assisted by the bassist of the post-rock band Niskala, Damar Puspito, and a well-known producer in Yogyakarta, namely Seto Bramana who is also the producer of Tyok Satrio.
And what makes this album more mature is the joining of Gilang NR which makes the stuffing on the drums feel more attractive.
In a way, this album is like a monument to self-maturation in terms of music and Sepijak's point of view in seeing life.
"We have arranged eleven songs neatly telling stories with sad and wise lyrics wrapped in pop music with lots of ambience, making the songs in them wider and more alive," they continued.
"There are not enough words to tell. This album will represent the many feelings that we want to share with you, hopefully and hopefully we will always be Sepijak," Sepijak concluded.
