Brigadier J's Father Supports His Son's Autopsy Results To Be Opened To The Public
JAKARTA - Samuel Hutabarat as the father of Brigadier Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J admitted that he would not mind if the autopsy results of his son's body were made public.
"We strongly support the opening of the autopsy results to the public (Brigadier J-ed)," Samuel told reporters in the Kebayoran Lama area, South Jakarta, Friday, July 29.
Samuel assessed that by showing the results of his son's re-autopsy to the public, the public would no longer speculate wildly about the case of his son's shooting.
"Let the speculation disappear, let it be transparent," he said.
As is known, the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menkopolhukam) Mahfud MD said the results of the re-autopsy of the bodies of Nopriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J could be opened to the public if needed.
"There are many questions, yes, because there are those who say the autopsy results can only be opened by order of the judge, in my opinion that is not true, the truth is that the autopsy results must be opened if requested by the judge, but if they are not requested, they are not forbidden to be opened," said Mahfud told reporters in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Friday, July 29.
