Land Execution In Pengadegan Has Been Chaotic, Pancoran Police Delegates 100 Personnel To Secure Location

JAKARTA - As many as 100 police personnel from the Pancoran Police Sector secured the land execution riot that had occurred on Jalan Pengadegan, Pengadegan, Pancoran, South Jakarta.

"We have deployed more than 100 personnel to provide security," said Pancoran police chief Kompol Rudi, citing Antar, Thursday, July 28.

Rudi said that although there was a riot, the police managed to secure the residents who resisted, so that the situation returned to normal.

According to him, the occurrence of land executions is common if there are residents who feel they do not accept it so they choose to fight against law enforcement.

Based on observations at locations close to the Bumi Sarinah Housing area, the security for the execution of the land from the Pancoran Police started from 09:00 in the morning until finished at 13:00 WIB.

At 14.00 WIB, there was still a lot of garbage scattered from bottles to plastic that was scattered after the riots from residents and police officers that had occurred.

After the security was completed, it was seen that a number of residents helped each other to pack items ranging from household furniture, cupboards, to mattresses by loading them into a pickup truck.

Rudi said that residents chose to pack their belongings and had the awareness to immediately move from that location.

"They want to move on their own with the legowo to move on their own," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of RW 08 Ali Masyhar added that the execution of this land was a problem between the contractor and the applicant who rented a house and shop house (ruko).

It was explained that the applicant had no obligation to pay compensation, there was a riot that occurred because the respondent had resisted.

"Until now there are 80 heads of families and now the process of moving in justice. No residents are said to be disadvantaged, because they are only contractors," he concluded.
