Record Profit Of IDR 1.7 Trillion, Property Developer Owned By The Late Ciputra Conglomerate Will Distribute IDR 260 Billion Dividend

JAKARTA - Property developer, PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) will distribute cash dividends to shareholders totaling Rp260 billion or Rp14 per share. The dividend distribution was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held last Wednesday, July 27.

President Director of Ciputra Development (CTRA) Candra Ciputra said this cash dividend was equivalent to 15 percent of the allocation for the use of net profit for the 2021 financial year. Previously, in 2021, CTRA managed to record a net profit of Rp. 1.7 trillion from total revenue of Rp. 9.7 trillion.

The income was obtained from the property development segment which includes sales of residential houses, shop houses, apartments and office buildings, which amounted to Rp 8 trillion.

Meanwhile, revenue from the recurring income segment which includes shopping centers, hotels, office rentals, and hospitals reached Rp1.7 trillion. The acquisition of CTRA's revenue and net profit in 2021 is the highest achievement in the company's history, as well as a form of commitment from all management and employees of the Ciputra Group in improving work performance amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

During 2021 CTRA launched three new projects and 14 new clusters in existing projects. New projects that have been launched are CitraLand Puncak Tidar Malang, Citra Landmark Jakarta, and CitraLand Helvetia Kota Deli Megapolitan Medan. Meanwhile, the clusters that have been launched include the Neo Paloma Cluster, Andora Cluster, Girona Cluster, Academia Cluster, Giverny Cluster, Le Brassus at Lausanne Cluster in the CitraRaya Tangerang project, and Clarke Quay Cluster in the CitraLand Gama City Medan project.

There are also the Monterrey Cluster in the CitraLand Cibubur project, the 8 Park Avenue Cluster, the Hanalei Cluster, the Volga Cluster in the Citra Sentul Raya project, the Taman Kuta Indah Cluster in the Citra Maja Raya project, the Spring Dale Cluster in the CitraGarden City Malang project, and the Lavish Hills I & Cluster Cluster. II in the CitraLand Megah Batam project.

In addition, continued Candra, the company managed to achieve marketing sales of Rp 4 trillion in the first semester of 2022, or has reached 51 percent of the set target of Rp 7.8 trillion during 2022. This achievement during the first semester of 2022 increased by 12 percent, when compared to with the first semester of 2021.
