Jesse Lingard Terminates Working Relationship With Agent Mino Raiola

JAKARTA - Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard is no longer using Mino Raiola's agent. He decided to part ways with one of the most popular soccer agents

Lingard was handled by Raiola, who is also Paul Pogba's agent, since the beginning of this year.

However, various sources told ESPN as reported by Antara, Wednesday, November 11, that now the United attacking midfielder will be fully handled by his family and relatives who are his new agents.

The decision was taken well and Raiola still maintains good relations with Lingard and his team.

Lingard hasn't played for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team since United won 3-0 against Brighton in the Carabao Cup, last September.

He has missed the last seven games due to injury but there is hope that he will soon be fully fit.

The 27-year-old was in demand by Tottenham Hotspur and Porto in the transfer window last summer. Lingard will be entering his final year on the four-year contract he has had since April 2017.

United have the option of extending another 12 months until the summer of 2022 but according to ESPN sources the club has not activated that option.

Lingard is open to staying at Old Trafford but also wants to play regularly after he is no longer Solskjaer's top choice.

United will end again against West Brom at Old Trafford on November 21.
