Young Girl Dies In Hotel Room Senen Central Jakarta, Police Find Contraceptive Devices In Victim's Bag
JAKARTA - A teenage girl with the initials AML (18) was found dead horribly in a hotel room on Jalan Kramat Raya, Senen, Central Jakarta. It is suspected that the victim was killed by his date.
The Senen Police Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, AKP Ganang Agung, confirmed the incident. Ganang said, the discovery of the body was first discovered by the hotel cleaners.
"We received a report from the hotel staff that there was a body in the room. Then we checked for identification and further investigation," said Ganang when interviewed, Monday, July 25.
Ganang added that there were no signs of violence on the victim's body.
"It seems that he died from smothering. We found contraceptives in the victim's bag," he said.
According to information, before being found dead, the victim was known to have entered with a man whose identity was known.
The two entered the hotel on Sunday 24 July. On Monday 25 July only the man came out of the hotel.
"We already know the identity of his date, with the initials H. The victim was found on the bed supine but still wearing full clothes," he said.
