It Turns Out That ACT 'Potek' Funds From Donations For Salaries Of Hundreds Of Millions Ahyudin And Ibnu Khajar

JAKARTA - Bareskrim found that the use of donated funds by the charity Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) was not in accordance with its designation. One of them pays a nominal salary of hundreds of millions per month.

"It is also used for the salaries of the administrators. This is currently being recapitulated," Deputy Director of the Special Economic Crimes Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Police, Kombes Helfi Assegaf, told reporters on Monday, July 25.

Based on a series of examinations that have been carried out, ACT officials or officials receive salaries ranging from Rp. 50 million to Rp. 450 million.

The amount of salary received is in accordance with their respective positions. This means that the higher the position, the higher the income.

"A (Ahyudin) Rp 450 million, IK (Ibnu Khajar) Rp 150 million, HH (Heryana Hermain) and NIA (Novardi Imam Akbari) Rp 50 million with Rp 100 million," he said.

The big salary was obtained because ACT made a policy to cut donation funds. The number reaches 30 percent. The percentage of cuts was agreed upon based on a joint decree (SKB) of the ACT foundation's supervisors and supervisors.

"Regarding the cut in donations of around 20-30 percent, in 2020 together we will make the opinion of the sharia board of the foundation act about cutting operational funds by 30 percent of the donation funds," said Helfi.

Ahyudin and Ibnu Khajar as suspects in the alleged misappropriation of funds from the ACT charity foundation.

Then, investigators also named two other ACT officials as suspects. They have the initials H and NIA.

Although they have been named as suspects, they have not been arrested so far. Investigators will coordinate first to determine whether or not the four people are detained

In this case, the suspects are suspected of Article 372 and 374 of the Criminal Code, Article 45a Paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 28 Paragraph 1 of the ITE Law.

Then Article 70 Paragraphs 1 and 2 in conjunction with Article 5 of Law No. 28 of 2004 concerning foundations. As well as Articles 3,4 and 5 concerning ML and Article 55 Jo 56 of the Criminal Code with the threat of 20 years in prison.
