Ahyudin And Ibnu Khajar Become Suspects Of Misappropriating ACT Funds
JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has named Ahyudin and Ibnu Khajar as suspects in the alleged misappropriation of funds from the Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) charity. The determination of the suspect is based on the results of the case title.
"At 15.50 WIB (case title, ed) has been determined as a suspect", said Deputy Director of the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police's Criminal Investigation Department, Commissioner Helfi Assegaf, to reporters on Monday, July 25.
Both were named as suspects in their capacity as ACT officials. Ahyudin was the former President and Ibnu Khajar was the President of ACT.
Then, in the results of the case, investigators also named two other ACT officials as suspects. They have the initials H and NIA.

Although they have been named as suspects, they have not been arrested so far. Investigators will first coordinate to determine whether or not the four people are detained
"For the time being, we will return it later internally regarding the arrest or detention", said Helfi.
