Gerard Butler Rejoins In Night Has Fallen
JAKARTA - Actor Gerard Butler will return to play the character Mike Banning in the latest film Night Has Fallen, which is a franchise from Has Fallen.
Tuesday, November 10, launched Collider, besides Butler, director Ric Roman Waugh is returning to direct his new franchise. Meanwhile, Robert Mark Kamen is the script writer for this film.
"The adventure of Has Fallen continues and we are excited to take on the challenge with our friends Alan Siegel (Butler manager) and Gerard Butler," said Greenstein, president of Millennium Media, the production house of Night Has Fallen.
"We look forward to working with Angel Has Fallen's Ric Roman Waugh to draw audiences around the world about the touching journey and the lovable characters, as well as the unique and tough action and events that take this film a new trajectory."
Previously, the film Angel Has Fallen which was released in 2019 won the box office title. The production house has plans to present the follow-up story Angel Has Fallen in the form of a film and television series.
Franchise Has Fallen focuses on the character Mike Banning, a security agent who faces a number of challenges. In the first, he is faced with being trapped in the White House.
In Angel Has Fallen, Mike Banning is told to undergo military operations in Virginia. The plan for the film Night Has Fallen will be produced in Bulgaria and throughout Europe.
