McDonalds Will Release First Plant Based Burger

JAKARTA - McDonalds Restaurant will launch its first plant based burger next year. Under the auspices of McPlant, this restaurant targets vegetarians who want to enjoy the junk food.

Launching Metro UK, Tuesday, November 10, they started a plant based burger or meat-free burger from Canada. Receiving the success of their new product, McDonalds plans to release McPlant in other countries.

“There are lots of plant based burgers out there, but McPlant puts an iconic taste on your palate. Made with plant based meat, served warm with classic toppings, ”said a McDonald's representative.

The plant based burger release will be their first step. Later they have plans to make a chicken substitute, and a plant based sandwich.

This food is a new McDonald's experiment so that consumers can still enjoy burgers even though they don't use meat.

Junk food restaurants like Burger King released their first vegan burgers in the United States and later added plant-based burger variants on the European continent.

In Indonesia, there is KFC Indonesia which founded Naughty by Nature. The restaurant offers a wide selection of plant based foods combined with KFC's signature chicken.
