Sriwijaya Air Offers IDR 170,000 Tickets To All Domestic Routes, Its Website Got An Error

JAKARTA - In order to celebrate its 17th anniversary, Sriwijaya Air and Nam Air are offering cheap flight ticket promos, which are worth IDR 170 thousand for all domestic or domestic routes.

"Where to start from 170 thousand. Note the date 10-11-2020 only on www.sriwijayaair.co.id and the mobile app. Don't miss it," wrote the Instagram account @sriwijayaair, quoted by VOI, Tuesday, November 10.

The flight period for promo tickets is valid from 11 November 2020 to 30 April 2021, for both adult and child passengers. However, the promo does not apply to group flights.

To be able to enjoy this promo, customers must buy tickets through the company's official website, namely www.sriwijayaair.co.id. Customers can also access tickets via the Sriwijaya Air Mobile application on their smart phones.

The following are the terms and conditions for the Sriwijaya Air program, the Rp. 170,000 cheap ticket promo:

1. The basic fare is IDR 170,000 (excluding value added tax (VAT), compulsory passenger insurance fee (IWJR), and Passenger Service Charge (PSC)

2. Program period Tuesday (10/11/2020)

3. Flight period Wednesday (11/11/2020) to Friday (30/4/2020)

4. Purchase time, Tuesday (10/11/2020) at 09.00-17.00 WIB

5. Valid for all regular Sriwijaya Air and Nam Air routes

6. The number of tickets per route is only 4 tickets

7. Sriwijaya Air promo ticket Rp. 170,000 does not apply to group bookings

8. Sriwijaya Air flight ticket promo IDR 170,000 applies to adult and child tickets (excluding infant)

9. Valid for purchases on www.sriwijayaair.co.id and mobile app

10. Sriwijaya Air promo tickets cannot be cashed, changed the date of departure, transferred and rerouted (except irregularities)

11. Sriwijaya Air promo tickets are not valid during peak season periods (black out dates apply)

12. Sriwijaya Air program. This promo ticket cannot be combined with other programs.

VOI tried to access the sriwijayaair.co.id page at 11.30 WIB. However, it seems that the airline's official website is in trouble.

"We're sorry the content you requested was not accessible," it says.

In fact, this condition occurred amidst the ticket discount program created by Sriwijaya Air. Sriwijaya Air, when contacted by VOI, has not yet responded to the error regarding the company's website.
