Retired 5 Years Ago, Floyd Mayweather Shows Off His Quick Punches And Agility Amid Rumors Of Getting Into The Ring Again

JAKARTA - Former boxer Floyd Mayweather showed off his stunning hand speed amid rumors that he was ready to return to the fighting arena. It is known from the latest upload of his coach El Gran on Instagram.

In the video, it can be seen that Mayweather still has good fighting reflexes in a training session in Dubai. In fact, he had retired long enough, namely five years ago.

"We're in Dubai…. Floyd Mayweather preparing magic in his gloves," El Gran wrote in the caption to accompany the video.

The boxer who has not lost in his professional career is reportedly ready to enter the ring to fight again. He is reported to be risking a 50-0 win-loss record this year.

Money - Mayweather's nickname - has fought in various exhibition events since 2017. He is noted to have faced Tenshin Nasukawa, Logan Paul, and Don Moore, for large sums of money.

The allure of the 45-year-old fighter is still great. Most recently he was teased for three matches this year, including one that could potentially turn into a pro contest.

"I got three more exhibitions this year. It could be one pro fight and two exhibitions," Mayweather told FightHype.

Previously, Mayweather had announced a duel against Japanese MMA star Mikuru Asakura. The fight against the mixed martial artist was scheduled to take place in September.
