Tebet Eco Park Re-opened At The End Of July, PKL Land Is Now Provided In The District Of Cegah Semrawut
JAKARTA - Tebet Eco Park in South Jakarta will reopen at the end of July. Anticipating the chaos that had occurred, Tebet District prepared land to sell street vendors (PKL) around the location.
"For the street vendors, we will prepare it next to the Harum Flats on land owned by the Housing Agency," said the Head of Tebet District, Dyan Airlangga when contacted, Tuesday, July 19.
Dyan said that with the availability of locations for street vendors, it is hoped that in the future they will be able to own their own land.
Dyan also expressly prohibits street vendors from selling in the Tebet Eco Park area, which is still closed to the public.
Regarding park maintenance and facility repairs, Dyan could not mention further developments, only that he informed that additional facilities were currently being built.
He said that one of the additional facilities was related to the engineering of the ring system one and two in order to control street vendors who were still selling in the low emission zone.
Meanwhile, the security for Tebet Eco Park when it reopens, based on Antara's report, various elements of security officers have been prepared to protect the green park.
"Saturday and Sunday mainly we will place members from the Transportation Agency and the sub-district or sub-district Satpol PP," he concluded.
