It's PKS's Turn To Be Lectured By KPK On Anti-Corruption

JAKARTA - The Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) will receive an anti-corruption lecture from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Deputy Chairperson of the KPK Alexander Marwata is scheduled to open activities that are included in the series of Smart Politics with Integrity (PCB) programs.

"PKS is the ninth party after the KPK previously provided the same briefing to the leadership and management of eight political parties," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Prevention Ipi Maryati in a written statement, Tuesday, July 19.

After Alexander opens the event, briefings will be provided by the ranks of the anti-corruption commission.

There are several materials that will be given. Ipi said, everything is related to strengthening integrity to prevent corruption in the political sector.

"Among them are the Strengthening of Integrity, the Political Party Integrity System (SIPP), and the discussion of anti-corruption independent learning that will be delivered by officials at the Deputy for Education and Community Participation of the KPK," he said.

Later, this activity will be attended by PKS Secretary General Aboe Bakar Alhabsyi along with dozens of other administrators. The event starts at 09.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB.

"The rest of the DPD, DPW, and DPC administrators will take part in online debriefing activities," he said.

This activity will be followed by the parties participating in the election. It is hoped that those who have participated in this activity will have more integrity.

Before PKS, there were other parties that had participated in this activity, namely the National Mandate Party (PAN), PBB, Democratic Party, Gerindra Party, PDIP, Golkar Party, Hanura Party, and the Berkarya Party.
