World's Sexiest Athlete Alica Schmidt Heartbroken, Fails In 4X400 Mixed Relay At Inaugural World Championship

JAKARTA - The world's sexiest athlete, Alica Schmidt expressed her disappointment after failing to win in the 4x400m mixed relay race at the World Championships.

The German runner, together with his partner, was only able to finish fifth in the second heat and failed to qualify for the final. Though that moment became Schmidt's first World Championship.

Although disappointed, the 23-year-old athlete admitted that he would still be excited even though he left early. Schmidt expressed his heart through his Instagram account.

"Not the result we wanted in yesterday's 4x4 mixed relay and we know we can do a lot more," said Schmidt, as reported by The Sun.

"But we have to keep going and move on to the next competition! The 4x400m relay on Saturday next week."

"Nevertheless I am grateful to be here at my first World Championship and gain a lot of experience," he continued.

Schmidt is dubbed the sexiest athlete in the world and has three million followers on Instagram. He is also known to love working with other sports athletes, including Manchester City new signings Erling Haaland and Neymar.

As his running career developed, Schmidt also spread his wings by taking up modeling and TV jobs. ,

However, he is adamant he will stay focused on his athletic career and will bounce back despite being belittled when he joined Germany's Olympic team in Tokyo last year.

Schmidt also shocked his fans on Instagram earlier this year because of his upload. He showed off photos while posing in a stunning beach bikini.
