Five Accounts Like Gisel's Asus Video Uploader Reported To The Police

JAKARTA - Five social media accounts that upload immoral videos similar to the artist Gisella Anastasia (Gisel) are officially reported to Polda Metro Jaya. The five accounts were reported because the distribution of the content was considered to be damaging to Indonesia's younger generation.

"There are five that we report but it is possible to increase them again," said the reporter, Pitra Romadoni to VOI, Sunday, November 8.

The report is registered under the number LP: TBL / 6614 / XI / Yan.2.5 / 2020 / SPKT PMJ dated 8 November. In addition, in the reporting, some evidence was submitted to the police.

"(Evidence) Videos and screenshots," he said.

Apart from reporting to the police, Pitra also asked related parties to immediately close the social media account. Thus, the videos that have been circulating cannot be seen by a wide audience.

"To Kominfo to block web or videos with immoral content so as not to damage our young generation," he said.

The five accounts were reported under Article 45 in conjunction with Article 27 Paragraph 1 of the Information and Electronic Technology Law (ITE) Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 6 in conjunction with Article 29 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning pornography.

Gisel's response

Gisel admitted that he was confused and sad because he was again hit by the exciting video rumors that were thought to be similar to him.

"I'm confused about how to clarify the problem, because it's not the first time it hit me. So it's actually sad too. It's okay to face it," said Gisella Anastasia, quoted by Antara, Saturday, November 7.

The ex-wife of Gading Marten was reluctant to comment further on the exciting video that shocked the virtual world and became a topic of conversation for netizens.

Gisel only asked all parties to pray that the issue that befell him this time could be quickly resolved.

"Please pray so it can pass quickly," he said.
