Gisel-like Porn Video Spreaders Will Be Reported To The Police

JAKARTA - The spreader or uploader of immoral videos that are said to resemble the artist Gisel Anastasia to social media will be reported to the police. This was revealed by lawyer Pitra Romadoni Nasution to reveal the perpetrators who spread the viral video.

"As Advocates, we will make a police report to the SPKT Polda Metro Jaya," said Pitra to VOI, Sunday, November 8.

The reporting was done on the grounds that the video was damaging to the younger generation. Besides that, it also defames the artist's good name.

"We are doing it to stop all acts of spreading action pornographic shows and pornography," he said.

Pitra said that the reporting was related to the distribution and distribution of immoral or pornographic videos. The reported party is suspected of having violated Article 45 in conjunction with Article 27 Paragraph 1 of the Information and Electronic Technology (ITE) Law Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 6 in conjunction with Article 29 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning pornography.

Previously, the Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Yusri, said that his party was still waiting for a police report from those who felt they had been harmed by the spread of the video.

"Later we will check everything, Polda Metro will check whether it is true and we have to wait for what. We hope there will be a report," he said, Saturday, November 7.

Yusri said, with this report the police would start an investigation. Later, investigators will ask for information from Gisel.

"If he (Gisel) reports here later, we will do an examination later. If he doesn't feel it, then that's it," he said.

Yusri continued, apart from checking facts, the police were also hunting down the first spreader of the pornographic video. Apart from that, the police also pursued those who distributed the video.

"The most important thing is later to deploy the first one and those who are still spreading we will conduct an investigation," he said.

For your information, Gisel has also been hit by a similar case. He is said to have a resemblance to a woman in a hot video circulating in 2019. However, in the end it was not proven that the woman in the video was Gisel.
