Hotman Paris Is Still Thinking About The Fate Of 3 Thousand Holywings Employees Who Closed After The Muhammad-Maria Alcohol Promotion Case

JAKARTA - Holywings shareholder Hotman Paris stated that his party is still dealing with the fate of 3,000 Holywings employees who are now unable to work after the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government closed the place of business simultaneously.

"We can't talk about the losses yet. What is clear is that we have 3,000 employees," said Hotman Paris at Holywings Gunawarman, South Jakarta, as reported by ANTARA, Friday, July 15.

Hotman said, the status of 3,000 Holywings employees and 42 other outlets is a heavy burden because the business is still closed and the impact of the pandemic some time ago.

A total of 42 outlets have different owners and investors. Therefore, the promotion case carried out by Holywings BSD is not related to all outlets.

The salary for Holywings employees is still being worked out, but he refused to mention the amount.

"Anyway, for now, we are still working on the details. We can't give details. But it's the hardest for us," he said.

Until now, Hotman and Holywings are still waiting for a decision from the Ministry of Investment / Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as policy makers.

The Ministry of Investment/BKPM will also conduct discussions on MSMEs related to Holywings.
