Adding Share Ownership In Bali United, Conglomerate Pieter Tanuri Distributes IDR 737.17 Million Funds
JAKARTA - Conglomerate Pieter Tanuri confirmed his share ownership in the management company of the Bali United football club, PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk (BOLA). Pieter bought BOLA shares in several transactions.
In a document to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Thursday, July 14, Pieter explained that the first purchase of BOLA shares took place on July 4, 2022. At that time, Pieter bought BOLA at a price of IDR 262 for 1 million shares.
From that action, Pieter had to spend IDR 262 million.
Then, on July 8, 2022, Pieter again bought 1.7 million BOLA shares at a price of IDR 262.46 per share. Here, the transaction value is IDR 446.18 million.

Lastly, Pieter's purchase of BOLA shares took place on July 13 at a price of IDR 266 for 109.000 shares.
From these several transactions, Pieter has poured funds of IDR 737.17 million to buy 2.81 million shares of BOLA.
As a result, with this transaction, Pieter now has 2.44 billion shares of BOLA or 40.64 percent. Previously, Pieter Tanuri's BOLA share ownership was 2.43 billion or 40.59 percent.
