ACT President's Examination Postponed, The Reason Is Fatigue After 4 Days Of Examination Consecutively
JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has rescheduled the examination of the President of the charity Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) Ibnu Khjar in the alleged misappropriation of abtuan funds to Friday, July 15.
Ibn Khajar should have undergone a follow-up examination today or five times in a row.
"The rescheduling of the investigation is tomorrow," said Head of Sub-Directorate 4 of the Directorate of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, Kombes Andri Sudarmaji, to VOI, Thursday, July 14.
The rescheduling of this examination was due to a direct request from Ibn Khajar. To investigators, he reasoned that he was tired because he had undergone four marathon examinations.
"Maybe you don't feel well, so ask for a rescheduling tomorrow," said Andri.
Meanwhile, the schedule for the examination of Ahyudin and Senior Vice President Operational Global Islamic Philanthropy Hariyana Hermain did not change.
For information, the alleged misappropriation of funds by ACT Foundation management occurred during the distribution of aid to the heirs of the victims of the Lion Air JT-610 plane crash that occurred in 2018.
The alleged deviation was said to have been made by former ACT President Ahyudin and ACT President Ibnu Khajar. They are suspected of using aid funds for personal gain.
