Resigning From The Position Of Deputy Chairperson Of The KPK, Lili Pintauli Turns Out To Have A BMW Motorcycle And A Dakar Pajero Sport Car
JAKARTA - Lili Pintauli Siregar has resigned from the position of Deputy Chairperson of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in the midst of an investigation into his alleged ethical violation. He is said to have received tickets and accommodation for the Mandalika MotoGP from PT Pertamina (Persero).
So how much wealth does he have?
Based on the LHKPN submitted periodically, in 2021 he had a net worth of IDR 2,227,000,000. Of this amount, it is recorded that he has assets in the form of land and buildings as well as land worth Rp. 2 billion.
The land and buildings and land are located in South Tangerang and Deli Serdang. The largest land and buildings are in South Tangerang City with a value of Rp. 1,050,000,000.
Then he is also recorded as having two cars, namely the 2019 Honda Brio with a value of Rp. 110 million and the Mitsubishi Pajer Sport Dakar worth Rp. 360 million.
In addition, Lili is also recorded as having three motorcycles, namely the 2015 Yamaha NMax; 2020 Yamaha MT25; and the 2019 BMW Motor G310 GS, which has a value of IDR 115 million. So, if the total value of the vehicle assets he owns reaches Rp. 727 million.
The former Deputy Chairperson of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) also recorded other ownership in the form of other movable assets of Rp. 40 million; cash and cash equivalents of Rp. 200 million; and other assets of Rp. 110 million. So that his total wealth actually reached IDR 3,077,000,000.
However, because he had a debt of Rp. 850 million, his wealth was reduced to Rp. 2,227,000,000.
Previously reported, Lili Pintauli was reported to the KPK Supervisory Board for allegedly receiving accommodation and Mandalika MotoGP tickets from PT Pertamina (Persero). In carrying out the investigation, Tumpak et al have asked for information from various parties, including the President Director of PT Pertamina, Nicke Widyawati.
However, this trial was declared void because the former Deputy Chairperson of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) resigned from his position. The KPK Council reasoned that Lili was no longer a member of the KPK.
The resignation letter was submitted on June 30 to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). After accepting Lili's resignation, Jokowi then issued Presidential Decree No. 71/P/2022 concerning the Dismissal of the KPK Leaders.
