Lili Pintauli Finally Comes Ethics Trial, KPK Board Will Decide Verdict
JAKARTA - The ethics committee member who is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Syamsuddin Haris said KPK Deputy Chair Lili Pintauli Siregar fulfilled the summons today, Monday, July 11.
He will be tried in relation to alleged ethical violations for receiving accommodation and tickets for the Mandalika MotoGP from PT Pertamina (Persero).
"Yes, the LPS mother (Lili Pintauli Siregar) is present. The trial has been opened but has been closed again due to being suspended until 12.00. The ethical council will first deliberation until 12.00," said Syamsuddin when contacted by reporters, Monday, July 11.
Syamsuddin said the deliberation was held to determine attitudes regarding the alleged ethical violations committed by Lili. Later, the verdict will be read publicly after 12.00 WIB.
"That's right. The assembly is still deliberating for a decision/decision," he said.
Lili was again reported to the KPK Council for allegedly receiving hotel accommodation facilities and tickets to watch the 2022 MotoGP race at the Mandalika International Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), from PT Pertamina (Persero).
In dealing with the alleged receipt, the KPK Supervisory Board has collected materials and information from related parties, including the state-owned company. President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Nicke Widyawati has also been examined some time ago and provided additional information in writing.
Not only that, the KPK Council has also asked related parties to bring proof of booking accommodation at Amber Lombok Beach Resort and Mandalika MotoGP tickets at the Grandstand Premium Zone A-Red.
